Per the National Real Estate Investor, Eastern Union has arranged financing for three mixed-use properties in New York and New Jersey totaling approximately $16 million.

These transactions included:

• $9.9 million for the acquisition of a 146-unit, nine-building mixed-use portfolio in Hudson County, N.J. Eastern Union’s Michael Muller arranged the transaction.
• $2.2 million to refinance a 16-unit mixed-use property in Williamsburg, N.Y. Eli Breiner of Eastern Union arranged the transaction.
• $4 million for a full cash-out refinance of an eight-unit, mixed-use property in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, N.Y. Eastern Union’s Ira Zlotowitz and Meir Kessner arranged the transaction.
