The Hudson Yards District is quickly becoming Manhattan’s hottest neighborhood, with the development of approximately 30 million square feet of building going up.  The Moinian Group, responsible for the development of 3 Hudson Boulevard, a 66-story, mixed-use building with 1.8 million square feet of space, recently took Zoe Rosenberg of Curbed on a tour of the district’s northern sector.
