Marino Promotes Dani Friedman to Director of Digital & Brand Strategy

NEW YORK, NY – May 16, 2017 – Marino – a New York City-based strategic communications firm – today announced that Danielle (“Dani”) Friedman has been promoted to Director of Digital and Brand Strategy.

Friedman, who joined the firm in early 2016, most recently served as Brand Strategist, where she has coordinated and provided counsel on Marino’s integrated marketing, design, and brand-building offerings for the agency and its clients.  She has also played a substantial role in the agency’s internal creative and content creation functions.

“Dani’s passion, work ethic, incredible demeanor, business acumen, and abilities have been on display for the past 15 months and she has quickly filled numerous agency voids at a rapid pace,” said John F. Marino, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. “In short order, Dani has excelled on many important efforts for the agency, including our own brand rollout, the wholesale revamping of our business development materials and proposals, managing the agency’s RFP process, the execution of a high-profile client website and organizing highly-touted agency-wide initiatives.”

Friedman began her career at Relevent, a highly regarded and accomplished full-service experiential marketing and creative experiences agency, where she managed and executed unique and tangible experiences in support of comprehensive marketing and digital programs for high-profile client accounts, including Victoria’s Secret PINK, Samsung, Marriott and Drybar, among others.

In her new role at Marino, Friedman will further expand her work with the agency’s digital practice. She will help to build out a new infrastructure and ensure seamless transitions on accounts which utilize both digital and PR services.

She received her consumer affairs degree, with a specialty in business, from the University of Wisconsin in 2012. She is also a Certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher.
