U.S. and Global Marketing Plans Joins Strategic Communications Firm

Formerly of VaynerMedia, Rudolf becomes Senior Director of Digital Engagement

 NEW YORK – June 23, 2015 – The Marino Organization (TMO), a New York City-based, national strategic communications firm, announced that Jennifer Rudolf has joined the agency as senior director of digital engagement. The announcement comes as TMO continues the expansion of its digital practice.

Rudolf joins TMO with more than ten years of experience in social media and digital marketing, developing national and global marketing plans and driving brand awareness for Fortune 100 companies and media organizations. She will drive TMO’s overall growth and expansion of digital practices, through leading the team’s social media plans, digital marketing strategies and social content pillars for the organization’s clientele.

Rudolf previously served as group director at VaynerMedia, where she led the development and implementation of digital and social media strategies across various Fortune 100 companies including: Unilever (Dove, Dove Men + Care, Knorr, Slimfast and Vaseline), Mondelez Brands (Ritz, Trident, Chips Ahoy!, and Nilla Wafers), and Discovery Channel.

During her role at VaynerMedia, she advised on the U.S. digital strategy for the award-winning Dove Real Beauty Sketches campaign, which became the No.1 viewed brand video advertisement of all time. Rudolf also launched the first-ever social media campaign for Nilla Wafers, significantly increasing the company’s brand awareness and playing a key role in its sales growth.

Most recently, Rudolf served as a consultant working with social media agencies and brands to enhance their operations, business development and strategic planning. She also spearheaded business development and fundraising for startups in the mobile space.

Additionally, Rudolf held various marketing positions at companies like Relevent, French Connection, Adweek Magazines, Roger & Cowan, and Zenith Media.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in marketing and international affairs from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
