Marino Continues Robust Growth in Real Estate Sector with Addition of Framework Homeownership

NEW YORK – September 8, 2020 – Marino, a strategic communications firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles, announced it has added Framework Homeownership to its growing portfolio of real estate accounts.

The agency has been retained by Framework Homeownership, a national mission-driven organization that is dedicated to empowering smart and successful homeownership for first-time and first-generation homebuyers.

“Framework Homeownership has an important mission: to increase access to information about homeownership, supporting and empowering first-time and first-generation homebuyers, which in turn helps to strengthen communities,” said John F. Marino, the president of Marino. “Working to elevate Framework Homeownership’s profile nationwide, Marino will marry its real estate expertise with its long success supporting nonprofits as well as schools.”

Framework Homeownership was founded in 2012 by two nonprofit leaders in homeownership – Housing Partnership Network and Minnesota Homeownership Center – both HUD-approved housing counseling intermediaries.

Framework Homeownership’s platform for smart homeownership is a state-of-the-art online course that meets the needs and expectations of today’s homebuyers. The course has a comprehensive curriculum that meets HUD guidelines and exceeds National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling, and is tied to best practices for adult online learning.

Earlier this year, Framework also launched Keep HomeTM, the first independent mobile app dedicated to empowering first-time and first-generation homebuyers through the entire homeownership journey.

Free for iOS and Android, and also available via desktop app, Keep Home includes courses, budgeting and maintenance tools, and more to help overwhelmed consumers navigate the stressful, complex and life-changing process of buying and maintaining a home.

Framework is owned by two well-respected national housing industry nonprofits and partnered with one of the country’s most influential affordable housing institutions, Fannie Mae. Framework has provided premier homebuyer education, resources and tools to more than 850,000 homeowners around the country.

Everything starts with a conversation.
