On March 6, 2017, Port Chester’s Board of Trustees voted to approve a $450 million vision to transform the long-dormant 15-acre site of the former United Hospital. Marino was proud to be a part of the team and lead the communications efforts to help achieve the historic unanimous vote on behalf of our client, Starwood Capital Group.
With all eyes on Lower Manhattan’s iconic, 3-million square-foot One World Trade Center, Marino was tapped to execute a communications strategy that ensures the tremendous story of this historic project is heard.
As part of an overarching effort to elevate customers’ experience in the New York Metro area, McDonald’s has recently undertaken an initiative to transform 100 restaurants in the region with new technology, service and design concepts.
Marino played a key role on the communications team that helped Jamestown Properties win City Council approval for a major expansion of Chelsea Market, continuing an impressive winning streak for Marino clients in gaining approval of major land use actions.
