Lauren Elkies Schram Joins Marino Real Estate Team as Senior Director
Veteran reporter and former Deputy Editor at Commercial Observer, bolsters firm’s robust real estate expertise

today announced that veteran journalist Lauren Elkies Schram has joined the Marino real estate team as Senior Director.
Schram brings more than two decades of reporting and 13 years of real estate expertise to Marino. Most recently, she served as Deputy Editor at Commercial Observer, writing commercial real estate stories for print and web, assigning and editing stories, and providing daily oversight of the website. Schram’s previous roles include covering real estate, crime, politics and general news as a reporter and editor at outlets such as The Real Deal, Crain’s New York Business and the New York Sun.

Schram earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Florida Atlantic University. She was born and raised in Manhattan, where she resides with her husband.
